Want to eat healthy? Here’s the secret: beans for lunch—every day.

Take a bean salad to work. Most have only 1,000 calories and over 25 grams of fibre—what could be better? Make it in the morning (or the night before) and share your lunch with a co-worker. Then go outside, have a cigarette, and let go a couple of rippers.
