Sausages in the Oven |
About this recipe
These little guys are great for a party. Buy those nice Italian sausages, or make your own, and viola!
Instructions
Cut 2 lb. sausages into bite-sized pieces and bake covered with ½ cup white wine at 375°F for 1 hour (mixing from time to time). Then uncover, mix, and cook another 20-30 minutes until nicely browned.
For the last 20-30 minutes, you can add some sliced onion and bell peppers first seasoned with olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

If you have lots of liquid after the covered hour (because you bought cheap sausages), use a turkey baster to drain some before heading into the final stretch.
