Grilled Steak Fish

About this recipe

You can do this with almost any steak fish (like marlin, mahi-mahi, halibut, Atlantic cod, or salmon).


Make a marinade by mixing together:


Leave either on the counter or in the refrigerator for 15-60 minutes. (If it’s a hot day, use the fridge; if it’s cold out, use the counter.)

Barbecue on medium for approx. 5 minutes per side; it’s done when it looks cooked and the fish flakes.
