Orange & Olive Salad
About this recipe
This one’s different, no vinegar. I know it doesn’t make sense, but there’s no vinegar.
Instructions
Slice an orange into rounds (leave the peel on) and throw them into a bowl.
Add:
- sliced red onion,
- a few olives,
- maybe some canned artichokes,
- olive oil,
- salt and pepper.
Toss and serve.
